Hollywood stars rock the men's style watch look

Thick, bold watches may look polished on a man's wrist, but a slew of female celebrities are showing that they might even one-up them when they flaunt these timepieces on their dainty wrists. Hollywood icons like Hayden Panettiere and Rachel Zoe have recently been sporting this chic menswear look in both day and night attire as a simple statement piece, with little to no other accessories competing to steal the limelight.

Panettiere, the star of the new hit show "Nashville," wore her playful look to this year's Paleyfest, a celebration of the best shows in television today, started by The Paley Center for Media. Her rosegold men's watch was the perfect accessory to her chunky, fitted sweater, skinny jeans and blue wedge booties. To finish off the polished look, the young star pulled her hair back in a sleek pony and added a pale pink hue to her pout.

The actress recently came forward with who her dream duet partner would be, according to PopSugar.

"I keep saying that we should have P. Diddy come on," Hayden told reporters. "We should do a duet. You've got to mix it up a little bit."

The rambunctious film and TV starlet is not the only one who can rock a bold watch with an otherwise feminine look. Rachel Zoe, stylist of the stars, often wears a gold, men's style Cartier roadster watch - a statement piece with a lofty price. Typically dressed in all black, Zoe lets the hardware on her wrist speak for itself against her otherwise clean style slate.

If you're thinking about how you can diversify your style, a classic men's style watch could be just the right trick. You can choose an actual men's watch like the Men's Akribos XXIV Diamond Accent And Crystal Bezel Bracelet-Watch and consider getting it sized to fit your wrist.
