According to Us Weekly, the actress is pregnant with her fourth child with husband Dean McDermott - just five months after the birth of daughter Hattie Margaret.

People Magazine reports, Spelling was spotted after filming some of her reality show this past weekend, and she was simply glowing in a black and white one-shoulder dress that draped to the floor. She paired the look with a gorgeous white stone bracelet with her blonde locks down and simple.

The newest baby will join Hattie, 5-year-old Liam and 3-year-old Stella. She announced the new bundle of joy on her website.
