Charlize Theron looks beautiful at Young Adult premiere

Charlize Theron shined at the premiere of her latest film Young Adult held at the Academy of Motion Pictures Art and Science this past Thursday.

Theron dazzled on the red carpet in a Stella McCartney dress from the designer's upcoming spring collection. The interesting dress was one-shoulder and asymmetrical with black mesh that shifted into a navy blue, silk material to white.

Her Harry Winston fashion jewelry truly pulled her look together, as her sparkling thick bracelet and long diamond earrings stood out and complimented her stylish dress.

Critics have been raving about her latest work in Young Adult, and the same day of the premiere she also received a Golden Globe nomination in the Best Performance by an Actress in a comedy or musical category.

"Yeah, these are the moments where you go, what did I do in a past life to deserve all of this?" Theron said on the red carpet at the premiere. "It's all too much."

The screenwriter of the film, Diablo Cody, also discussed her high opinion of Theron.

"I knew she was going to do an amazing job - she's Charlize Theron - but when I started watching dailies and seeing what she was doing out there, I was like, 'Oh my god,"' said Cody.
