Halle Berry flaunts her baby bump on the red carpet

Only Halle Berry can wear a form-fitting royal purple gown when she's pregnant and look as amazing as a runway model. The Oscar-winning actress attended the premiere of her latest film, "The Call," in Buenos Aires on Monday, proudly showing off her baby bump in a gorgeous one-shouldered gown with sparkly silver trim and diamond drop earrings to match. She cradled her tummy for several photos, showing that she's holding nothing back about her pregnancy.

According to the Daily Mail, the stunning starlet was greeted with a bouquet of pink roses when she arrived in Argentina, dressed much more casually in a cardigan and tie-dye pants.

She recently told CNN that she feels better than ever, although the pregnancy came as a complete shock to her.

"This has been the biggest surprise of my life, to tell you the truth," Berry told the news source. "[I] thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me. So it's been a big surprise and the most wonderful."

Although she's got a new baby to worry about in the coming months, that hasn't stopped the former Bond girl from staying busy professionally. She recently announced a new philanthropic campaign called Watch Hunger Stop, which will raise money to help prevent children from going hungry around the world. A version of the Michael Kors Runway watch will be sold for $295, and with each accessory bought, 100 meals will be given to kids through the U.N. World Food Programme.

The actress is a firm believer in using her Hollywood status for good, according to the Los Angeles Times.

"If we can use our celebrity, I want to," she said. "I don't want it to go to waste. It would be a shame not to use it."
