Julie Bowen glistens at recent event

"Modern Family" star Julie Bowen looked nothing short of fantastic when she stepped out for the Audi Golden Globes 2013 Kickoff Cocktail Party in Los Angeles this past Sunday. According to People magazine, the stunning blonde donned a one-shoulder white Jenny Packham dress with crystal detailing, which she paired with a bangle bracelet, drop earrings and a cocktail ring.

This event was just a preview for the beautiful gowns that will be featured on the red carpet of the 70th annual Golden Globes this Sunday. According to E! Online, Bowen already knows what she will be wearing for the big day.

"It's a peacock blue dress and very vintage looking," Bowen told the news source.

When it comes to who she wants to win, Bowen was quick to say her co-star Sofia Vergara, who is up for a Globe. Her other co-star, Eric Stonestreet, said the same.

"I'm always rooting for the home team because you know that it's not always going to be this way," Stonestreet told the news outlet.
