Ladies stand up to support breast cancer awareness

Across the nation, stars are standing up to raise awareness and money in support of breast cancer research. Take a look at a couple of the lovely ladies who are using their celebrity to share a message that matters.

At the recent launch of, Guiliana Rancic and website founder Efrat Roman spoke personally about their own battles with the disease. Roman in particular shared how having breast cancer inspired her to create a fashion website with designs specifically for women in the same position, which she felt was long overdue. Rancic agreed with Roman and applauded her site for providing a resource to women with breast cancer, serving as both a fashion resource and a community of support.

"It's hard to know what products you need and where to go," Rancic explained in an interview with Glamour magazine. "The great thing about CureDiva is that it has all of that information and safe products in one place."

Items featured on the website include clothing, headgear and swimwear, as well as beauty products such as lotions and makeup. Roman and Rancic showed off their own gorgeous styles at the event, both wearing lace-detailed dresses and statement necklaces. While Roman opted for a long, flowing violet gown, Rancic wore a shorter cream dress with lace paneling on the bodice.
