Michelle Obama, Elizabeth Banks wow at annual dinner Saturday night

First lady Michelle Obama was amidst a slew of A-list and gorgeous celebrities during the White House Correspondents Association Dinner this past Saturday night.

According to the Daily Mail, Obama kept up with all the latest trends by choosing a jewel-toned paisley organza dress by Naeem Khan. The colorful ball gown was a part of the designer's Fall/Winter 2011 Collection, but this beautiful strapless frock was a bit more understated than what traveled down the runway.

The first lady accompanied the look with jewel-studded hoop earrings and a cocktail ring to bring it all together, the news source reports.
