Miley Cyrus among many other A-list celebs joined together for the first annual American Giving Awards, which took place in Los Angeles this past Friday night.
Cyrus was one of a number of stars who dazzled on the red carpet, but her jewel-studded nude gown caught the eyes of many. She matched this dress with some fabulous fashion jewelry including big, dangling earrings and a few bracelets on one arm.
The American Giving Awards honored the very handsome Colin Farrell with the Leadership Award for his work fighting homophobia, promoting the Special Olympics and effort with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
"I'd like to thank Chase for this. I'd like to thank them for the opportunity for all the charities that are going to get the chance to shine a light on their more-than-worthy and noble causes," Farrell said of Chase Bank, which awarded $2 million in grants.
The charity which received the biggest award, $1 million, was given to Write Love On Her Arms, which is a organization that offers treatment for self-inflicted injury.
