Miranda Kerr may be the biggest model to come from Australia since Elle Macpherson in the '80s, and it comes as no surprise that she looked simply stunning in a bronze gown with beautiful fashion jewelry at the inaugural Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA) Awards this past weekend, the Daily Mail reports.
The Victoria Secret model's gown also showed a little leg with a thigh-high slit. She paired the look with big earrings and a few rings. A beige, sequined clutch and gold strappy heels completed the outfit, which turned many heads as she walked the red carpet.
Kerr turned to Twitter after the show to say, "'Just finished at the AACTA awards. A wonderful night for Australian film and television!"
Also at the event was Cate Blanchett, in an eye-catching gold knee-length dress. The Alexander McQueen gown was accompanied by a gold bracelet, sparkly clutch and peep-toe pumps. Model Megan Gale donned a lacy gown and actress Rachael Taylor chose a revealing Dion Lee creation, according to the news source.
