Just when you think Sarah Jessica Parker has outdone herself (see: Met Gala), she strikes once again with yet another gorgeous ensemble. The style icon wore a lilac-printed column gown with colorful statement rings, gold cuff bracelets and sparkly tassled earrings, looking like the queen of spring at the Tate Americas Foundation Artists Dinner May 9. While the ensemble might not have included a jaw-dropping headpiece like she donned at the punk-themed Met Gala, her look turned plenty of heads at the following NYC event and proved she can pull off just about any style, any day.
The former "Sex and the City" star and mom of three has a big day coming up - Mother's Day. While she might love her couture wardrobe and flashy jewelry on the red carpet, what she really hopes for this weekend is some heartfelt, homemade gifts from her kids, according to Us Weekly.
"Any note that James Wilkie writes me is an incomparable gift - beyond - he writes such lovely, sweet touching notes that are sometimes quite funny," Parker told the news source of her 10-year-old son. "My daughters draw me pictures all the time and if I'm away they mail me wonderful, wonderful pictures of themselves, self-portraits. A necklace that they dream of having one day."
The doting mom is often seen strolling around Manhattan with her little ones close by her side, but even when she's just dropping them off at ballet class, she still looks as fashionable as ever. Her trick tends to be killer shoes and accessories, so if you're trying to add a little SJP to your style, be sure to pile on the statement necklaces and earrings, like the Multi-Chain Bib Chevron Necklace In 14k Gold-Plated or the equally bold Goldtone Metal Filigree Charm Chandelier Earrings.
