Stars of the program Spartacus: Vengeance attended the premiere at the Arclight theater in Hollywood this past Wednesday night, and many wowed with gorgeous gowns and sparkly fashion jewelry.
Lucy Lawless donned a one-shoulder green dress, and matched it with dangling earrings and a few bracelets. Co-stars Viva Bianca and Ellen Hollman both stunned with bangles as their jewelry accent.
There was also a somber note to the evening, as they recognized the late Andy Whitfield, who was the lead on the show until he was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. He died this past September from the disease. Taking his spot is Liam McIntyre, who explained how difficult it was filling in Whitfield's role.
"Being Spartacus is challenging enough, but living up to what Andy did … it's tough," McIntyre told The Los Angeles Times. "We already know what Andy could do, if I was to do that - even to the best of my ability - I would have come up short. I can't be Andy. All I can do is try to get at what Spartacus is about on an emotional level."
