Only reason why I didn't give it 5 starts is just that I wished the rings were bound together so you don't have to keep adjusting it. I'll just have someone bind them together.

The posts that hold the diamonds in place are large and there are so many that they engulf all the small stones. The ring looks like its just made up of 400 little silver dots. There's no sparkle except for the highest stone in the middle. I actually regret purchasing this and am considering returning it.

On metal, use warm water and mild soap. Rinse. Polish with a soft cloth. Dry your jewelry before storage. For stones, wipe with a damp cloth to remove perspiration, oil or any other residue. For regular cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth. Dry completely with a soft cloth. Avoid heat, hot water, steamers or ultrasonic cleaners along with cosmetics and hairsprays. Don't soak in water.
