The problem is, the post are to short. I also purchased a pair for my friend and she's having the same problem. She hasn't lost her's.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor stem length I bought several pieces in this order and was very pleased with all items except for the July Inside-Out Hoop earrings as one ear stem barely goes through the ear with enough stem left to be grabbed by the catch. As I'm unable to leave the house returning it for a replacement is very difficult.
