How do I order a Gift Card or eGift Card?

To order a Gift Card, go to palmbeachjewelry.com/giftcard. You can order either a Gift Card which will be mailed to a specified address or an eGift Card which will be sent via e-mail directly to a specified e-mail address. You can also call 1-800-977-5477 to place an order for a Gift Card or eGift Card.

Can I use EasyPay to buy Gift Cards?

No. The EasyPay plan is not available for Gift Card purchases.

Can I send different Gift Cards to different addresses in the same order?

No. For each order, you can only send Gift Cards to one mail-to address. If you would like to send Gift Cards to another address, please place a separate order.

How long does it take to receive a mailed Gift Card?

A mailed Gift Card usually arrives within 5-7 business days following the approval of the order.

Can I replace a lost or stolen Gift Card?

Yes. A Gift Card can be replaced (or the Gift Card Number provided) if the Gift Card was not fully redeemed.

An eGift Card is typically sent within 4-5 hours after the credit card transaction is authorized.

How can I be sure that the eGift Card I purchased was received?

PalmBeach Jewelry Customer Service sends an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the purchaser, informing him/her that the eGift Card was sent.

How do I redeem a PalmBeach Jewelry Gift Card?

  • PalmBeach Jewelry Gift Cards can be used on-line at palmbeachjewelry.com. Simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase. Then, enter the number printed on your Gift Card in the “Gift Card” field, located on the check-out page.
  • To make a purchase by phone from our catalog, please call 1-800-977-5477 and provide the Customer Sales Representative with the Gift Card Number printed on the Gift Card.
  • PalmBeach Jewelry does not accept Gift Cards on Mail-In Orders.
  • If your total order amount exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, you can pay the balance of the order using any accepted payment method.

The remainder of your Gift Card balance will be available to you to use toward a future purchase.
